The "veranda" traditionally means spacey roofed area outside the house where Indian people love to sit and have their tea. Unlike homes in the US and UK our approach to architecture has always been blocky. To me creating a home that looks like a shed is a waste of space. The roof and the Verandas are my favorite place and having a veranda with a view simply can change your life.
Recently I visited Salcon Verandas Gurgaon to shoot some pictures for pickahome.com and simply fell in love. Not only does the project look contemporary from outside the view from inside out is also pretty spectacular. With Large apartments starting from 4495 ft to 8700 feet the verandashas no shortage of space your guests can get lost for a moment if given the opportunity. The Apartment layouts allow for some of the best interiors I have seen all with a focus on large front windows facing a large veranda that runs the whole length of the apartment.
The adjacent buildings have a small curve on them that give the felling of hanging structures. The shade of brown is very soft on the yes by day and gives a warm feeling at night. Situated at the hip of DLF phase 5 this project challenges to DLF magnolias and DLF Aralias to do better.
The Verandas has a very interesting landscape backed by very up classy club that gives residence that ultimate living edge. It all simply adds up to create one fantastic well planned colony. Rent in Verandas are peaking at 2 Lacs per month the high standard of living emphasis on this.
